Zeron Sewell, born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica is a former standout player at VCU who has competed at the semi-professional level with clubs including Portland Timbers U23, Tormenta FC 2, Des Moines Menace, and McKinney Chupacabra (USL2). His experience across high-level collegiate and semi-professional environments gives him valuable insight into the demands of elite player development.
Zeron’s coaching philosophy focuses on developing complete players who are technically sharp, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient. His sessions emphasize purposeful training, game-realistic intensity, and helping athletes understand the “why” behind every movement so they can make confident decisions under pressure.
He specializes in video analysis, technical development, tactical awareness, and building confidence and mentality. Athletes training with Zeron can expect high-intensity sessions, attention to detail, and game-realistic scenarios designed to help players perform confidently in match situations.
