1. General Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by ODH Fitness LLC, including fitness classes, personal training sessions, memberships, and any other related services.
By purchasing or participating in any services offered by ODH Fitness LLC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18) and able to engage in physical activity.

2. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves physical exertion, and you assume all risks associated with these activities.
You are responsible for informing ODH Fitness of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in any fitness services.
You must seek professional medical advice before engaging in any new fitness programs if you have concerns about your health or fitness level.

3. Memberships and Packages

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified. By signing up for a membership, you authorize ODH Fitness LLC to charge your selected payment method for the membership fee at the start of each billing cycle.
Memberships may be paused, cancelled, or transferred according to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.
Prepaid packages (e.g., personal training sessions or class passes) must be used within the specified time frame. Unused sessions or classes may not be refunded or carried over past their expiration date.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

To avoid cancellation fees, clients must cancel a personal training session or class at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the session.
If you fail to attend a booked session or class without prior notice, you will be charged for the full session or class.
ODH Fitness LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a credit.

5. Liability

ODH Fitness is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after participation in any fitness activity.
You acknowledge that participating in fitness services is voluntary and that you take full responsibility for your own safety and actions while using the facilities or participating in services.

6. Refunds and Transfers

Refunds for services are provided in accordance with the Refund Policy. No refunds will be given for services rendered or for memberships or packages after the service has been used or the membership period has commenced.
Transfers between packages or services are not allowed unless specified by ODH Fitness LLC on a case-by-case basis.

7. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner toward other clients, staff, and trainers. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, foul language, or unsafe actions, may result in termination of services.
ODH Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the code of conduct or these terms and conditions.

8. Privacy Policy

ODH Fitness LLC collects personal information only for the purpose of providing services and communication with clients. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

ODH Fitness LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through appropriate channels, such as email or website updates.
Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Miami, Florida.
